Tracy did a great job during the entire process. My traverse turned out beautiful. Even when the salvage yard since the wrong piece, Tracy made sure Browns got it right. I think and I believe Browns did a really good job on my wife's vehicle. There is a couple of small issues with the electrical but I believe they finally straightened their selves out. But the main thing is they seem to hang in there until it's totally perfect for you. Thank you
