After a review of my small business account in 2023 I realized you guys are guys are inadequate at banking. I will be closing my accounts this week.You've allowed 3 fraudulent charges on my account and sided with the people frauding me. You've canceled my account (card) on a business trips multiple when I notified you of the travel. I've asked for texts to warn me of fraudulent charges and they send it to another phone number that is not even on file. Your account review fees are crazy. Fdic is a joke. It protects the bank not the customer . The card reader takes 3% but doesn't work correctly. No one can provide a solution to the inadequate card reader. Just all around a bad 4 tears of banking. I've gotten loans and you didn't apply it to my credit when I paid them off. Going back to a credit union .

Been banking at Central Bank for years and years. It it an average bank. Since COVID no customer coffee and want to charge me for mail statements. I also bank at Oak Star Bank whom have better customer appreciation, and statements mailed no charge. Central bank employees are great company is lacking. Have been debating looking at other banks. Sad.

This Camdenton branch bank is outstanding! We often work out of town and banking can sometimes be difficult when we are away. All the staff there is always very helpful, especially Nikki! She has exceptional customer service and she went over and above to help us out with our recent debacle. We give her 5 stars! Thank you Nikki!

Just want to express my experience with the staff on 7/27/2023 they were excellent ,professional kindness, and patient in hearing my concerns Great job! Also I would like to say that in the past two years or so I have gotten a mortgage loan and car the staff was also very helpful and professional in assisting me in that process.thank you very much Bridget and mike . I been with this bank for 14 yrs or more very satisfied with services.

Opened a business account here and have had nothing but problems. Tech support tell me they changed systems and I would not be able to get into it properly until the end of August. The people in the bank tell me I’m doing something wrong when I log in. I’m don’t with this bank. They do not have their communication in order and the system update has messed up everything. I literally heard Jennifer tell another employee on the phone that she has multiple customers with this issue but then told me that this a “new issue” she’s not seen before. Lie to someone else. I will be closing this account today.

Every time i go to Camdenton branch for my banking needs I am greeted by the tellers. Everyone is nice and knows what they are doing! Thank you all!

We have been a customer here for more than 10 years. Everyone is friendly and great to work with, especially Michael. He always helps with a smile on his face. Wait times are minimal. I’ve been very happy with their service.

I tried to open a checking and savings account online and apparently messed up the incentive program, so I went in person to the Camdenton branch and (I’m sorry I didn’t get the very rude and ignorant acting woman’s name) I was told too bad, they couldn’t do anything to straighten it out…no void that account and start over-no wait a certain time period and try again-no nothing. I was told in an ignorant way, that I wouldn’t receive the incentive for 90 days anyway and I told her that would be fine, I have all the time in the world…so she retorted rudely, well…You have to have direct deposit anyway and I replied that also would not be an issue as I am employed. I promptly folded my paperwork and an extra check I was going to use as my first deposit and put it all away and as politely as I could I told her thank you and have a nice day.They could have saved my business by showing any attempt to work with me but thanks to one really ignorant and rude acting employee, I doubt I will ever choose this bank for any services in the future and not only will I NOT be recommending them to any friends or family, I will recommend my friends and family to NOT bank here!!! I only wish zero stars was an option:(

Michael usually waits on me and he is great. Very personable and he makes my day. I am a manager at casey's so I see him every day. All of the other tellers are wonderful also. When I walk in...it's like walking into the sitcom cheers.
