Came quickly and took Jeep to where needed to go.... customer service side could be better... guy seemed irritated to be doing his job and was short to almost rude.... used roadside assistance so they chose them...

Car wouldn't start on the top of HaHa Tonka Park. Their tow truck picked us up within 15 minutes, and a half an hour later we had a new battery put in our car for around 300 total. This was in July at the height of vacation season, and we live in Illinois, so we felt pretty lucky for the quick turnover.

This shop is always my first choice. Pug is honest with good prices and gets you in and out. I make sure AAA uses them any time I have had to be towed and I make sure my vehicle goes to their shop. If they can't fix the problem I feel confident in what they tell me and any recommendations they give.
