“I've been going here to work out going on two months. I've had knee surgery, and the trainers keep that in mind. I attend the boot camp classes. The trainers will alter my workout to help me achieve a great workout without hurting my knee. All the trainers are great! All the people in the classes are very supportive and encourage me to make it through the exercises. I'm very happy with my choice to attend MDFF!”
