The service department is always so slow. Takes over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I just do t get it. Now I go to quick car. Takes them way less time. People value their time and don’t care to wait over 2 hours for an oil change.

Dave, service manager, is the man! Saw my engine line come on so I pulled in to see if they could help. He educated me on the problem, what my options are, and helped me with a temporary fix to get my through. Thanks Dave and the rest of the Sakelaris team! Will most likely go through them for service or even a future car because of Dave

Chad and Shane are absolutely awesome. My family was in need of a new vehicle. I met with these two guys and man what a team. They put me into a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. The car had to have the rotors resurfaced and they took care of that. They took my van on trade and gave me enough to pay off my loan at the bank. I cant thank these guys enough. They even gave me a phone number I could contact them personally should I need anything for the first few weeks.This is the 2nd car that we have bought from a large dealership. I have been thoroughly pleased. So much so that they are keeping their eyes open for a vehicle for my teenager.

check and verify your paperwork. they'll tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a car, then even after you talk with the finance manager to ensure you're getting the deal agreed on, verify the numbers! I was very excited and scared to enter into this purchase and apparently unable to add at the moment they just have you sign 20 pieces of paper. It was overwhelming. I'll never be alone at signing ever again, which cost me about $6k because I'm stupid and didn't catch it until after. My fault, I take full responsibility. However, their practices should be known!

While visiting my Mom here in Lake Ozark, my Ram truck drivers side seat controls quit working and needed to be fixed. Wyatt, was such a huge help and got the truck worked in to get fixed. Without the help of Wyatt, our vacation would have been ruined.I can’t thank Wyatt enough for all his help for someone that does not live here.

Perfect car buying experience!!!!! Previously at other dealerships we’ve always been rushed into buying a car ? the new general manager Chad Skelton took his time and asked what we wanted in a car… went over all the specifics of each car we wanted… and helped us find our best option for our price range didn’t try to haggle with us on spending more money than we wanted like most dealerships do! He was very knowledgeable about all of it from the safety of each car we were interested in and making sure we didn’t have to break the bank to get the car we wanted!!Highly recommend this dealership if you want honest and reliable service and knowledge about the car you’re interested in and want the help in understanding what is best for your car buying experience!!!

Do not do business here you should go somewhere else down the road they have changed general managers now they are rude they hang up on their customers they don't listen to them then they say that their motor is blown when they drove it to their dealership. They will not call you back they will avoid you at all and until it's time for you to pick up your vehicle and pay for service they did not even do. Now customer service is a must and I promise you I would never catch you if I want if you trying to help me they need to bring back Dave the old general manager with the customer service that they used to have that married still talks about the owner I mean I don't understand she talks about this but I don't see it promise you I didn't cuss nobody cuz trust and believe the ones I do give a cussin to they don't say I gave themShane sales at the front desk I promise you that if I cussed you out it was because you have done something physically to me cussing about a situation is different.

Brought my car to this dealership for safety recalls on a Friday. They asked if I would like to wait for it to be finished. Thank God I didn't because they had my car for over a week and never even had the parts. I called multiple times, rarely got an answer and when I did they said they would find out and call me back. They never did. It takes 2 minutes to call someone back and explain. Thanks for wasting my time Sakelaris.

Absolutely the worst Service Department! Highly recommend to NOT take your vehicle here. If your thinking about it check every place that you can that does reviews and you will think twice about it. They do not care about the customer and they are extremely dishonest.

Brought my new 2021 Ram with 9,000 miles on it into the service department because the front passenger seat had major wrinkles in the seat fabric. Service manager said it was the worst he'd ever seen on a dodge. They took pictures of the entire vehicle which they said was a requirement from Dodge and that they'd turn it into them and they'd get back to me. It's now been 4 weeks with me calling them every week for an update. Never a return phone call from them and always given lame excuses as to why this is not yet resolved. Bad bad dealership, so now I'm taking it to a different dealership for this warranty service.

Buyer beware Sakelaris Car Dealership Purchased 2008 BMW 128K convertible, 77k, in January. Bought as is but assured what an excellent vehicle it was. Drove home fine, garaged until April due to weather. Put one tank of gas through it and immediately started having issues. Took to reputable shop in Springfield, MO, $3500 Repairs on following. Plugs and wires for miss. Brakes and rotors which dealership did not replace as told. Windshield wipers not replaced. Told AC worked, it had major expensive leak. We did not expect them to pay for all repairs, but did believe some compensation was due on good faith. They refused. Tells you a lot about their business practice, very disappointed.

Our salesman Zeke was great. Everyone was friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. No pressure buying. Overall great buying experience and we will be back.
