Just bought a new Explorer. Three days of being in their dealership and test driving several vehicles, trying to make up my mind. Doug Underwood was my salesman and he was patient and listened to what I needed. I’m a challenging customer and I appreciate his understanding.

I should have know after reading the past review to avoid this dealership but I was traveling thru the area on a road trip and had very few options , I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance to get my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 truck into the service department on the day of the appointment after driving 60 miles the service department called me 15 minutes before my appointment and canceled my appointment due to the fact that they did not have any technicians available and they could not get me rescheduled for another 15 days. I explained my situation of traveling thru the area and the need to get my repair complete the person on the phone said there was nothing he could do for me and hung up, I was lucky enough to find a local mechanic that had a cancelation to get my repair complete the local mechanic mentioned that this dealers location was such a horrible place to work they could not keep employees, I would avoid this business at all costs.

Somewhat slow service dept and salespeople lacking knowledge, however glad to have them in the area. They try, but must be challenged to staff and hard to compete with larger volume dealers.

They have taken measures to improve the situation, and are seeing small improvements that I hope can continue to be built upon; however, At every opportunity, they tried to back out of the agreed upon understandings we had either from conversations in person or over the phone, that would prove to be to my detriment. Only through constant reminding of what they had lead me to believe, would they follow through with what they agreed to prior. This happened several times over the course of a month.They were not my first choice by a mile after my experience with them 7.5 years ago, but I was desperate. So in my desperation they lived up to my worst expectations and made it a fight up until the last weeks when changes where made to the service department staffing. They were much more courteous and didn't screen (was on hold for 15 minutes, called from a phone with a different CallerID and it got answered immediately) or hang up my calls. This change seemed to have had a ripple affect all the way up to management.I hope to never be that desperate again, and will share my experience with anyone that asks for a recommendation.

Just left the service department. After an hour or so it was determined I needed a replacement battery under warranty. The 2020 Jeep Wrangler has two batteries.... and only one was eligible. Then I was told "they didn't have a battery it "had to be ordered." " I'd need to wait two weeks and they would call me to come back in. After I got home I called the parts department and they verified twice they DO have it in stock there. I've read the reviews and I hesitated going there in the first place. Bought 4 new cars from OZARK Ford, completely different experience I'm sorry to say.

Absolutely the worst Service Department out there. They are dishonest and Do Not care about the customer. My father in laws truck has been sitting in their lot since December of 2022. Unfortunately he paid them already for a part that was no good and he continues to wait for the new part. Finally it comes in four weeks ago and he is still waiting for them to find the time to repair it. What is wrong with that?????

Great place to go. The team was very helpful and there wasn't a long wait. Did everything by phone.I got there wasn't much to do but get in this F450 King Ranch and roll. I recommend them anyway. ?
