“Great place to store your thing,the owner is great,and has his eye on anyone who comes up his driveway, he has cameras, and alarms that let him know someone is entering from any direction, your property is safe with him.”
“I enjoy the services. However my contract says I am supposed to have 24 hours access to my storage unit but they have cut it back to less than 12 hour. Since I work nights and I'm up at night I want to be able to get in my storage at night. I have needed to get in there three separate nights to get my camping gear out to help people who had no place to stay for the night because all the hotels were booked. But I could not get into my storage unit. I am very unhappy about! It cost me business.”
“Had an issue with my lock being unlatched. Since I live in another state, it was a BIG surprise. However, Brooke went above and beyond to find me online and contact me to let me know what was going on. She sent me a picture of my unit so I could verify that everything was still there and she placed a new lock on my unit and sent me the keys through certified mail. The staff was extremely helpful and tried everything to make it work for me. I just needed a biger space. Should I ever need a smaller space, I will definitely go back.”
