She made sure we had everything we needed and they have an assortment of locks, labels, moving, tape, and any packing and moving supplies you should need. The units are clean and nice, security is stellar, and we rented both climate controlled and regular units. We couldn't be happier. Also the prices are reasonable.”

“Had an issue with my lock being unlatched. Since I live in another state, it was a BIG surprise. However, Brooke went above and beyond to find me online and contact me to let me know what was going on. She sent me a picture of my unit so I could verify that everything was still there and she placed a new lock on my unit and sent me the keys through certified mail. I couldn't be more pleased with this type of service from this place for over 3 years now. Thank you Brooke for going above and beyond for me.”
“I enjoy the services. However my contract says I am supposed to have 24 hours access to my storage unit but they have cut it back to less than 12 hour. Since I work nights and I'm up at night I want to be able to get in my storage at night. I have needed to get in there three separate nights to get my camping gear out to help people who had no place to stay for the night because all the hotels were booked. But I could not get into my storage unit. I am very unhappy about! It cost me business.”
