So after online wasn't working correctly and called in to customer service that told me to come to nears branch (Camdenton) I walk in and the lady behind counter said all I am helping is drive thru.. I asked is there someone else to help me and said no because at lunch. Customer service is bad, also time to hire more employees if lunch breaks make me stand here... Glad I opened other bank accounts with smaller bank to slowly transfer and close accounts

I guess US Bank will let you cash anyone's checks with out there signature.

My father has maintained his account here for over twenty years. Recently we wanted to add myself to his account. The policy of this bank has been changed since the alleged Covid, so we had to make an appointment. After meeting with a representative & providing him with my personal information, he only then informs us that he cannot even perform the service we are there for.We must make yet another appointment. Therefore, we do so for the following week.We show up to this second appointment & after about ten minutes - it becomes apparent that he is having some sort of technical computer issues. He tries getting assistance from a coworker with no success. The incompetence level was too much for me to bare, plus my elderly father is not in a position to sit at a desk chair for long periods of time.We are now closing his account & starting a new account at a different local bank. US Bank is a sham and waste of time.

Us bank gets 1 star! All branches closed on Saturdays except Camdenton. It was just sunrise beach and Versailles. Now it’s Osage beach and eldon too! Makes its very inconvenient to do banking! I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived The line was backed all the way up to the road. All lanes were full! I get up to the window and THERE WAS ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING! She was very nice and apologetic for my frustration. I told her it’s sad us bank would leave her like this ON A SATURDAY! My husband Will be pulling his business from us bank. But I feel like that girl should get some recognition because she was working as fast as she could. But that didn’t stop her from getting yelled at by people in other lanes while I sat there waiting! It’s not her fault that this bank would leave there people so short handed!

Went through drive through this morning and forgot to put the account number on the deposit slip. I told in a rude manner that I forgot to put the account number on it and asked if I would like to have it back to put the number on. Since the lady was being rude and failed to provide a good customer service I asked to to send it back and left. I have been banking with US Bank for about thirty years and this is only the second time I have received less that superior customer service.
