Verizon in camdenton has takin me again, osage beach did so a couple of years ago did the same Both times lied through there teeth. Did every thing in their power to block return of equipment.If it wasn't for the gracious help from lebenon I would have been up a creek

The phone was ordered. It came on the day it was told. Went in to pick up the phone and set up went very smoothly. The people there are great.

I always receive friendly service. And It's always clean. The only thing I'd improve on is more staff. Their is always a lengthy wait. A person was being trained but wasn't experienced enough to help, so unfortunately, it took almost 30 minutes to just make a payment . I understand Camdenton is a busy town, and I'm willing to wait for great service, I just was a little frustrated.

Jimmy and Logan were awesome. We just moved to Camdenton and were sure we would never find good affordable internet. They helped us get affordable fast internet and went above and beyond. They were friendly, patient and very personable. They stayed late and never complained or got upset, we offered to come back the next day and they said no that we were going home with internet! You guys turned a frustrating situation into a wonderful experience. Thanks so much!

2 full days wasted in store in January trying to get out phones transferred to a business account.Once they started this process my phone stopped working,After running out of time and needing a working phone again, I gave up and switched to AT&T.Since January Verizon has been sending a bill for an account and phone number that was never used.I’ve called both the local store and Verizon about this multiple times and every time I’m told they my account is closed and my balance is zero so I can ignore it and should stop receiving them. 5 months later I’m still receiving a bill, only now it has doubled.

Great service and helpfulness was provided by all store members and especially the manager Heidi. We were very pleased with the manner in which we were treated and the work done to insure we were getting the best offers available to us.

I went in to have my account canceled because I was not satisfied with the service and I was told my account had been canceled but I have been still receiving bills. I contacted their corporate office and my account had never been closed and they had been charging me the entire time. Highly do not recommend the store in particular.
