“Very impressed with Brad and Byron. Hit a big buck in my older model car... for which they don't make most parts anymore. They took a look at everything before giving me an estimate.... but warned they weren't able to find all the parts needed and it was already above my budget. I was able to find a junk car for a good price that they were able to pull the parts from to use and cut the cost in half... and able to fix my favorite car. And did it in quicker time than I expected. I hope to not need them again for collision repair, but they will be my go to for big maintenance issues when they arise.”

“Cody is the man! We were traveling from Branson to Des Moines when the alternator went out, and we survived to get to This Advance location. Cody made the time to help us, out in the sun and heat, to make sure and properly diagnose the problem. He was rushed between helping other customers, and making time to make sure we were doing the job right of replacing the alternor out in the driveway, and he hustled to help us and everyone. He helped us with pice by piece directions, and gave guidance and assistance with any steps we needed help with, and made sure to assess that we had done everything correctly, before hitting the road. Can’t thank Cody enough! He’s a hero and someone restoring faith in humanity!”
“This whole post is about a young clerk there named Joey, young people like that are few and far between. Especially in Their own generation.
I noticed I had a marker light out and flickering when I was leaving home last night, I stopped to get replacement bulbs and Joey was right on it. He had the part looked up, came out to doublecheck, walk me through the different bulbs they had tested the old bulbs and then came out and helps get both bulbs straightened out even. I did not ask for not expect this kind of service, (especially after my local auto repair shop charged me $20 last week to install wiper blades that I provided as part of my oil change service)
Anyways, this was not the service that I have learned to expect and this young person is truly an asset to your store. I would say an asset to the brand because any place that offered expedient, polite and competent service like that not just with the know-how in performing the job, but more importantly, the service and courtesy executed were absolutely outstanding in any field. This person his going to go far in life, he has absolute gumption and it is so much appreciated - not just for the service I received last night but also for knowing that these types of clerks and people are still out in the world. This is the type of individual a company should want to retain and help grow. And this is the kind of experience that I will hold as a standard anytime I visit your stores in the future. Someone raised this young person right. Thanks!!”

“I was broke down on exit 41 with a snapped serpentine belt and a broken tensioner pulley. Carquest was able to bring me a pulley and serpentine belt. Otherwise it was a 2 1/2 hour walk for me! So these guys got ur back! Shop here!”
