“CoachNet sent Tim and his wife out when we had a blow out in MO with our Travel Trailer. And my, oh, my did I learn so much, but first about the service. He called since he was finishing a job somewhere else and we were in constant communication. I told him I would get the spare ready while waiting, only to notice that it too was flat. WHAT?! He and his wife have a funny story re: that since they, too, have a camper. But yes, you should check your spares since they can also degrade even if covered. He had no impact wrench or jack since both were in their other truck. It was just an X lug nut wrench and a piece of wood! And they worked it out. He and his wife, in their younger days were the pit crew for NASCAR. I mean, I wouldn't do it on a busy freeway and he is 3X my size, but with an impact wrench and a piece of wood, I certainly could do this at home. I thank them for their service and what they taught me. And I wish I would have taken pictures.”
