The gentleman tells us to go purchase AT&T. Phones at walmart because cricket charges fees and to bring it back to activate , so we do that with both mine and my husband's phones, and then they told us that they could not transfer our information, I had to take it to saint joseph.

I have nothing but good to say about my Cricket experience. It works great and is affordable for my family of four. The guys at the store are always helpful even if it's just figuring out how to remove an app or switch phones.

Excellent customer service late afternoon on Saturday from a young woman with an unusual name that I can't quite remember? Cricket is lucky to have her! Anyway I got a great deal on a terrific new phone! Thank you Cricket!

Crew is nice but have no clue on phone services.we have to go to St.Joseph to actually get help. This store smells like weed all the time and employees talking about cars,parties ect so loud we can barley hear.
