Horrible service sat there for 10 minutes without 1 person saying anything to us, mind you there were 3 workers in the store and only us and another customer, they gave us a phone number and told us to call there wasn’t anything they could do even tho 4 months prior the same issue with the same phone happened and they were more than happy to help. I did catch the girl’s name in the store but she was a younger kids very rude and snarky. Half tempted to move all over our phone plans to a different carrier.

Thanks to the young man working in the Cameron store Sunday afternoon. There was a customer ahead of me that was giving this salesman a hard time. And he was totally in the wrong over a screen protector. The young man handled himself extremely well. Good job 👏 I was impressed. He got me hooked up and fixed up. Thanks again you really helped me out. I'm calling the store in the am to tell them what they have in this employee. I myself own a business as well. DC

Just left Verizon in Cameron. Worst customer service ever. I was there with the money to buy my dad a new tablet for Christmas. I did not get the girls' name but, she couldn't tell me any information or was she interested in helping me. I asked what size was the biggest table her answer was I don't know, but pointed to one and said its that one. I asked was size is that tablet over there, again she says I don't know. Never once did she say let me find out for you. Then when I asked the price she said it has to be financed, I said no I'll sign the 3 year contract but I want to pay cash for the tablet. She said no. She never got up and came over to actually talk to me. We were talking from opposite sides of the store. I said less than 2 months ago I bought a brand new Verizon phone and paid cash for it. She says you can only do that if you are a pre paid customer. I have 10 phone lines and pay an outrageous amount monthly. Never have I had a pre paid account. I have had this account and my first line for over 20 years. Never paid a bill late. She never even looked at my account. I almost got ready to explain this to her and then I thought, why should I have to explain and then beg for someone to take my money. I said you know what forget it. I am damn sure that there is someone else out there more than willing to take my money. Bye Verizon!! If this how you treat a customer of over 20 years, I would hate to see, how you treat new one's. I'll take my money somewhere else.
I do want to mention I have been to this store many times before where I have had wonderful service. IDK if it's new management or what. But I'll be telling everyone of my recent experience.
