“Absolutely outstanding customer service! Late on a very cold Friday afternoon my alternator failed while travelling from central Illinois to Des Moines. Within an hour Brandon and his wife towed my car to his shop and made sure that I had a warm place to wait for my ride to pick me up. But here's the really remarkable part: he was able to get a replacement alternator, but it was for a different model, so he drove to Quincy to pick up the right one and then drove back to Canton and stayed late to install it for me - several hours after the close of business. Very grateful for his help and exceptional service. If I lived anywhere in NE Missouri, Ace Auto & Towing would be my ONLY choice for auto service. Highly recommend.”
