Bull$&!? Company customer service is virtually non existent. In an emergency they can't tell you if it will be hours or days. People need to know this information to plan ahead. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Really need to improve on customer relations. They know you need their services and don't care if you're happy about it or not.

I understand what the sign says at the window if your not at the window you guys are on the phone that's great but my electric was off it was freezing I was trying to pay and I set at the window for 30 minutes cause your probably taking your personal calls so could you guys be more professional !
