I’m quite satisfied with the service I received today. I was at first told it would be 7 hours before my dentures would be repaired, however, to my delight, I was contacted in about two hours to be told they had been repaired and were ready to be picked up. Excellent service today. Thank you. ?

Today was my initial visit as a new patient. I had some reservations before my husband became a new patient six weeks prior. He had a wonderful experience and was very pleased. So I expected the same - and I was NOT disappointed. In fact, I was able to get all the services I needed on the same day. I had a previous diagnosis of a problem and this also served as a second opinion for me. But, the method of treatment was much different for the same problem. I will be returning and already have my next appointment scheduled.

I started my journey to get dentures. First visit and x-ray were free. Started August 10th and today September 21st I have my dentures. Dds Car is precise, professional and is dynamic with her denture capabilities. Carrie and all the office staff are friendly and care about their patients. I loved the on-site lab I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Cape Girardeau, MO.

The staff were very nice explained everything to me and was very honest with me about my diagnosis. They were efficient and very friendly definitely recommend Aspen to anyone.

Everyone was very polite. And was able to get in quick had a toothache emergency called and was able to get in the next day.

Not sure the tech I had the last two times I have been there but she was the best in my book,she made me feel good and explained everything and answered my questions.

Started really good, ended not so good. Insurance wouldn't pay, but payed for my visit that I wasn't supposed to be charged for. Go figure.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I have set up two different appointments with Aspen dental in the last two months the first one got cancelled the day of because they said they were experiencing an outage with their service, they would call me to reschedule and never did. The second one that is scheduled for tomorrow if I wouldn't have called to confirm I wouldn't have known that it wasn't even on their schedule and that they are booked up through June. Terrible customer service, terrible way of scheduling, take your time and business elsewhere.

I had a cleaning scheduled for 3, they saw me at 4:30, took over a dozen x-rays that I didn't ask for, then at 5:30 they came out and said they needed SSN info to process the insurance, which is not true. They said they couldn't run it but somehow got a list of the benefits. A waste of time.Update! According to insurance, they did not need any SSN, or most of the info they asked for, and didn't even bother calling the insurance company. Seems like they are just trying to collect information. If they can't handle their own billing, I certainly don't want them handling my teeth.

First time at Aspen Dental. All the associates, hygienist, and the dentist were very friendly yet quick and professional. It was easy to check in. They did a great job keeping me updated on everything they needed me to do. They even had time to do a deeper cleaning of my teeth… was glad I didn’t have to wait for another day. They scheduled me for follow ups. I like that everyone had a job that they did well and seemed to like it. Would recommend! A great group!
