We love the service— provided to my entire family (of 7) by Kym Williams. In over 30 years of ATT, she has by far been the best, most efficient, and pleasant customer service provider we’ve ever had! We hope she will be at the Cape Girardeau location for a long time!

Went to get a new screen protector for my phone. It is under warranty. Drove 45 minutes to our closest location. They did not have any in stock. This has happened before. If something is under warranty the seller should have this on hand. Why would an ATT store not have screen protectors for an I phone 16. They had them in store when I bought the phone a few weeks ago. So far f I bought a new phone yesterday would they have sent me out of the store without one?? I feel like they did have them in stock. Now I have to wait a week for one to be mailed to me and me out on myself. I'm not sure that I will do it correctly

Kim and Justin at the Cape Girardeau AT&T went above and beyond on all aspects.
Kim was kind, she was sharp and provided wonderful options for us. She thoroughly explained everything to us. She gave us great suggestions and without even asking put the phone cover and camera cover, and case on. She was just simply incredible.
Justin was very friendly and helped resolve a question and issue quickly.
I had an incredibly positive experience at this store. I waited less than 5 minutes to be attended to both times I came in.
Also the manager brought each employee a piece of candy and all the employees lit up and were super positive. I was in there half a day to witness this. What a great work culture and incredible, kind place to be.

Cape Girardeau Location has lied to me Twice! Also if you like waiting in line in a crowded room and paying a higher price this is the place! I highly recommend going to the AT&T Jackson location instead! Both times Cape lied to me the Jackson location took care of me and did what the cape location said couldn’t be done!

AT&T was running upto $1000 credit promotion for iphone trade in while they have been out of stock for the new iPhone 16 pro max nationwide. I have called and visited store multiple times since October 1st to Oct 30. The entire time they have been out of stock. Finally new stock came in and now they want to give only $700 credit for iPhone trade in.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit for this false advertisement. Why run a promotion for a product that you don’t have in stock? Plus they don’t let you know this info till you are checking out.

I've had many good experiences at this location, but today was the best yet! Justin went above and beyond to help me step by step with my new phone. What is usually a tumultuous experience- he made seem very easy. He was patient and kind, and even figured out ways to help us save on our monthly plan. I really appreciate his patience and how helpful he was! The whole experience was great and I will always recommend this store!
