After our accident, we decided to take our Buick here instead of using one of the insurance company’s preferred shops. Looking back, I’m really glad we did.
The insurance company’s original estimate came in around $3,300. After Huckstep tore everything down and found the additional damage, the final repair ended up being a little over $7,200.
Throughout the entire process they handled the supplement process with the insurance company, kept us updated, and fought to make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly instead of just settling for the initial estimate.
What really impressed me was that they had all the parts ready before our appointment, so once we dropped the vehicle off, we had it back in just three days.
Hopefully we don’t need body work again anytime soon 😂, but if we do, we’ll absolutely be back. Appreciate everything y’all did!”
