“My wife had to jump my college students car, I told her to take it to Ellis Battery because they have been so helpful to me in the past. It was getting close to closing time and they tested it (for free) and said look at your alternator. Thank you Ellis for being honest and taking time during closing!! You just earned another lifetime customer!!”
Battery Stores
“Went in to have them read the diagnostics on my jeep. They have won a repeat customer, kid, patient, every coworker held the door for. Customers, not a a show, but as a practice, have not seen that in decades! Not once pressured to sell, or replace or pressure up sell. Wow, wow, absolutely earned my trust and business!”
