Still a good store to shop at for many technological items (i.e., home appliances, cell phones and accessories, home theater, car audio, etc.) but that being said it's more of a specialty store (for lack of a better phrase) because with the rise of streaming services comes the decline of purchasing physical media (DVD, CD, etc) and with that stores are slowly getting rid of that inventory and if that is the only reason you want to visit Best Buy then I would recommend against it because when I saw their lack of inventory in the physical media I was sorely disappointed, because I do not live near a best buy and movies and CDs were the majority of the reason I would make my way to Best Buy when I was around one but with the lack of inventory idk that I actually have a reason to make my way in store anymore. We DON'T all prefer streaming services a good portion of the population I'm sure would agree that we want to be able to purchase our own physical copies of games movies CD or whatever other entertainment

Had to return a controller with warranty. Had absolutely no problems doing so they ended up not having same controller in stock but got an even better one another 2 year warranty and paid only 100 extra. My husband loves his new controller better then his old and the staff was absolutely helpful.

Went to review and get a hands-on feel of a new laptop. The intent was to decide on a certain model, then order from internet site. Sales person inquired as to my use of said laptop, then recommended a different one. Research with my cellphone indicated he was right. The recommended laptop normal price was higher than the model I went to see. However, it was on sale, saving me over $400. Knowledgeable sales personnel gives the 5 star rating.

I called to see if they would repair my Dyson vacuum. I was told definitely. I dragged my Dyson into the store and then they told me I had to have purchased it there. I have age related disabilities. A Lot of hassle on my part.
