I tried to order a whopper jr meal ..no mayo because I'm allergic ..I have a speech impediment due to a stroke and wasn't allowed to get my order out without being interrupted. Fries had so much salt you could gag a goat ...burgers were dry as if they had been there for a while as long as I waited it should have been fresh..buns crumbled to pieces ..it was horrible.. To far to drive back just threw in trash .drive thru person was polite that's about it3/11/246:36 pm

My kids and myself do love BK, and this location has always been friendly and quick, now normally I would just say oh well and hope next time is better but I can't ignore this any more. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. For the last several months, every whopper/whopper Jr that we have purchased, has had a highly chemical taste, as if someone sprayed the grill/flat top with cleaner rather than oil. So bad that none of those burgers were entirely eaten. Yesterday we were asked to pull up to the yellow line, totally fine though when we were finally given our food 10 minutes or more later, after several others behind us had gotten theirs and left, you could tell they'd been sitting a bit, the bun on my whopper was so soggy it was falling apart and the breading was inedible, I took one bite of that mangled mess hoping it tasted better than it looked (I'm 3 weeks post partum, breast feeding and hadn't yet eaten so I had to at least try) NOPE. It ws that same odd, chemical, off putting taste. I haven't tasted whatever that was on a whopper at any of the other locations, Broadway, Sikeston, Dexter, all that classic whopper taste. I don't know what is happening at this location but it needs to be corrected. Maybe corporate should consider helping them get new equipment, perhaps the surface of theirs is deteriorating and that's what is causing the food to taste like a bad science experiment? That is my one and only issue with this location.

I got the Shroom and Swiss Burger and it was so good, just wasn't big enough. My Husband had the Whopper which was good he said. Great Customer service. Will be back again the next time we are in Cape abd stop.

It's a BK. Food is standard. Staff is usually very polite and my order is typically right. One of the better BK locations in the area if you ask me.

We come here regularly at night because it is always great. The manager Tim that works at night is very hands on and wants his customers to come back and be happy with their food and service. We brought our autistic son in and he treated him.and is with such respect. A lot of the people here at night are new and young but he is a leader for sure and this restaurant is cleaner them any of the other ones around here. You can tell he takes pride on his staff and environment. This has become my husband and my little spot because of him and his staff. Much Respect Beth and Taylor.

They are definitely the king of burgers. If I'm wrong let the lord Jesus strike me down and lose all feelings to my arms and legs to where I will have to be in a wheelchair the rest of my life. I won't be the happiest of people but man the pickles they use are what the kids call "FIRE".
