“I'm not going to lie. Things started out rough. The van was returned to them prior to my rental in less than ideal shape. The smell was horrible and we found out later that the oil fill cap was missing. The staff at Cape Girardeau Enterprise was amazing though. They immediately noticed and fixed the smell and when we had to purchase the fill cap they reimbursed us completely with an added discount for our trouble. We were completely satisfied with the rental and the service was outstanding. We will be renting again from the Cape Girardeau Enterprise for all of our rental car needs.”
