Very friendly staff and always so helpful. Heather is always so kind and very informative when it comes to ear piercings. My daughter has enjoyed getting her ears pierced there multiple times.

So great! Quick and efficient! Heather was encouraging and comforting. My 3 year old cried but barely. Heather had this down to a science! We rocked it!
