I had to stop here because the location near me that we typically go to was out of the product that I was looking for. I was waited on by Amber. I had quite a few questions when I was there and Amber was so kind and helpful. I can't say I get the same type of customer service at the location I shop at in Kentucky so I really enjoyed the experience. Thanks Amber!!

1pm on a Saturday and the store is closed. Hours online and on the door say the store is open until 4pm on Saturdays. 2 other customers were here trying to shop also. Definitely not professional.

Placed an order for pickup. Lady told me that I would have to wait til 10 to pick up. Got there at 10. Walked in and the lady was talking it up with a customer. Asked for my order and then made me wait 10 minutes for her to grab it.

Love Cosmo. But you guys need to fix your hours on Google and your website. They both say you're open till 4 on Sunday so I drove here from out of town, and obviously, you're not open.

Had about 10 mins to shop in a hurry, and was looking for kid friendly products. Was also looking for Olaplex, and needed to understand how to mix the No. 7 and No. 6. The store associate was knowledgeable and helped steer me to the exact items I needed, and provided guidance on the Olaplex. Thank you!

Definitely getting so much better with their customer service. So glad I started going back in. Really pleased with the new manager. The other girl there (Kelly, maybe?) is by far the reason I came back again. Please, ladies, keep it up. I'll for sure keep coming back. Customer service and your attitude/personality is everything!

Yalatra is a great manager but the staff could be friendlier. This is only for licensed professionals. I loved working there!
