Taylor was a phenomenal associate. Taylor did an amazing job connecting with me (the customer) and after hearing she had only been working there for a couple months, I was shocked, she was very knowledgeable and confident in what she does. She had great taste and helped me find a nice case for my new phone. Taylor handled each hiccup in the process like a champ and did everything right to make sure I walked away happy. I could give Taylor 1000+ "thank you's" and it still wouldn't be enough to show my true appreciation for her and her work, you rock Taylor, keep up the superb work! :)

I was having issues with my cell phone service so I went to get it checked out at the Cape Girardeau location. From the moment I entered the store, my issues were handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency.First and foremost, their representatives were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the young man whom I had the pleasure of working with, he said his name was Noland. He was very helpful and respectful and got to the root of the issue quickly. He was very personable and had great manners. and He even sold me on a good protective case for my phone! Everyone was great and I’d highly recommend this location as it’s the best service i’ve ever got from a phone company.
