I had an extremely unpleasant experience today, I walked in with no appointment and was told they’ll be able to take me.
I asked for a hair shampooing, Treatment, trimming, blow dry and styling
I was handed over to a nice lady however she had no clue of what she is supposed to do with hair professionally
Starting with shampooing and treatment, she did not properly wash my scalp and hair from the bottom and i had to ask her as i could still feel the treatment on !!
Trimming was a disaster and i had to tell her please can you soften the edges a little bit
Blow drying was so bad and weak that my hair was still damp when she proceeded to styling !
Styling was the moment i knew she is certainly not certified- she didnt do sectioning even though i have so much long hair, she passed the straightener over 5 times on the same hair and keeping adding some hair then passes it over again ( same area)
When i insisted that she do sections - they were really bad and kept straining my hair - not combing it ahead and passes over knots.
I had to stop there and not complete curling as it was so unprofessional, stressful and took for ever.
I tried this Salon twice before and they had much better stylists that made my hair perfectly fine but this was a very surprising experience- they were affordable though i paid $47 for all that yet i certainly would either plan the stylist ahead or seek another place in town.

I have been going to Eclipse for the last 5 years now and have not ever been disappointed. Ashley has cut my hair over the years and she always does a great job and easy to chat with. All the staff are very kind as well. I would recommend this salon to any other guys or girls. They provide excellent service.
