My wife just had a delivery of shelves from Sam's and instead of bringing them to the house which is about 300 ft away they just dumped them out on the side of the road next to the trash dumpster I had to go down and get them and bring them up and put them in the garage so I can assemble them. From now on I'm going to request UPS cuz this is bull

Michelle and Paul are the absolute worst. I sent my daughter which is a college student a package that the address was incorrectly typed in and they would not release it to her without a fight. I provided the email which has her and the billing address on it but that wasn't good enough. I ask to speak to a manager and Michelle said he was not available but then went to the back and called him from her personal phone. I feel that Michelle and Paul was profiling my daughter. They were not helpful at all. But here the best part when my daughter went back in to collect her package Michelle did not verify any Information.

Woman at this location is rude and mean. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what.I had to request a manager to help and she refused to give us the information.

My experience at the store could not have been better. Straightforward, quick and flawless. The exact polar opposite of my experience with FedEx as a whole. Particularly when it comes to trying to get any useful, accurate or decipherable info from the website or the 800 number. Iow this location is great but if you are looking for a shipper go brown or USPS. Especially if you are sending anything to me

Terrible customer service, get ready to speak to a bot who will hang up on you. You may have to call back a few times to figure out which options will not make the bot hang up on. When you do eventually get through to a human, get ready to possibly talk to someone who is just as confused and slow as a bot.

The gentleman manning the front desk was decent however the company in general has slipped badly in this area. My company has had a lot of costs incurred due to FedEx failure to deliver overnight packages for days at a time. When calling their customer service number I'm informed that it is the depot managers job to make it right. When speaking to the depot personnel I'm told only the customer service people can make it right. When calling in my phone number is automatically tagged to the tracking of my package that hasn't been delivered because FedEx claims my address doesn't exist. Oddly enough this isn't an issue for UPS or the US Postal Service. For some reason there is no way for the driver or customer service to call that number to clear up whatever issue it is that is preventing delivery. I personally won't use FedEx anymore as twice in recent months my factory has been shut down do to failure to deliver parts in a timely fashion costing me several thousand dollars and there is no way to recover damages they have caused without taking them to court. They obviously don't care about customer service anymore. If my suppliers can't use someone besides FedEx I will use different suppliers as well as I can't afford the costs FedEx incurs upon my business.

I stopped in to inquire about some job details. But, I've also had shipments be held at this location before. To me, that's the best security in getting your shipment, it's safer than just leaving it laying out on your front porch or something.

I wish the main manager could contact me so we can go over exact processes of picking up parts because there's major inconsistencies between each employee when picking up parts. It has ruined the experience for me and I dread that I have to go there so often because of it. It has been impossible to contact them and I just want to hear how the exact process should be followed.

Absolutely the worst company out there. I’m still waiting on my package to be delivered. Customer service is awful! They are trying to have me drive 45 minutes away just to pick up my own package. They keep saying they made an attempt to deliver but no one was home when I am home all day every day and there’s no footage of them even pulling into my driveway from my security cameras. Do not order anything if it’s supposed to be delivered by FedEx. They are a JOKE!

3 envelopes put into one of the smaller ones they have. It was around 2:30 was overnight to Tampa Florida. It was going to be at destination next day before noon. It cost $49.00. I haven't anything overnight in long time but I was floored by the price but sent it anyway. Had to. Was received before noon.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Jason and Darryl today. I took in a project that needed the finishing touches for presentation, they assisted me and I walked out with completion and absolute perfection. I was amazed at the traffic in and out of the store, and how they kept things flowing, no one had to wait long. I also love the greeting card selection, I personally think it’s the best in town. Another upcoming ‘project’, I’ll definitely be back to have their assistance!
