I never dread having to use this FedEx location. Jason is always tremendously helpful and kind. They provide an exceptional customer service experience in a time when that’s hard to come by.

Absolutely amazing service! I have used dozens of shipping stores across the US and Jason at the Fedex store in Cape Girardeau provides the best service I have ever experienced. He has helped me ship items dozens of times, whether its a case of homemade apple butter, or antique dishes. But this week, despite it being the busiest shipping day of the year, he was polite, energetic, engaged and extremely helpful and efficient despite my items being difficult to package. I was exhausted from dealing with my fathers estate and clearing out his home and mentally taxed. But Jason had me in and out of the store in no time at all and did it all with a smile. I have never received better service from FedEx than when I am shipping from this store and working with Jason. He should run all their stores!

Normally I go to Office Depot to get things printed but I thought I would try out FedEx.At Office Depot I send them the file I want, they tell me the price right away, they quickly cut the borders for me and I pay at the register. It takes about 5 minutes.I went into this location and asked for something to be printed. They wouldn't give me the price right away. I asked if they could make it slightly bigger, they did, but they didn't tell me it would cost more. So I sat around for like 20 minutes. At the end of it they told me it would be $50 just to get 10 pages printed on nice paper. They said it would be like a $12 fee just to cut the paper for me. And more money to resize it.You don't have to pay an extra fee to get things cut at another store. It takes 1 minute of time and the associates are happy to do it. You may get charged to resize things. But most places will tell you up front. And not make you wait only to find out they are overcharging you. Just go to Office Max/Office Depot or stores like that if you want printing. Go to a place that has prices up front and will tell you, and go to a place that will tell you each individual prices up front rather then making you wait

Never rated a business before but had to after my interaction with this FedEx Manager Jason R. He excels in customer service, communication, and follow-through, with a friendly down-to-earth demeanor. He truly made our mistake his mission to correct! Highly recommend!

The guy That answered the phone when I called was real rude and had a smart mouth because my package didn’t come on the day it was supposed to not very helpful at all my package went out for delivery since Tuesday and it’s still out and al they can say it they drivers
