“I love this place. It’s really nice if you’re someone that is a little bit older or perhaps not in the world’s best shape. You don’t feel out of place or embarrassed at all. It’s not loud, the people were friendly and I’ve always found it to be exceptionally clean. Wide variety of machines for whatever you want to do as well as aerobic equipment for everyone from a beginner to more advanced. I belonged for years, moved away, and then returned and rejoined. Give it a try!”
“A great gym! Nice pool area, with a 4 lane lap pool, a good size recreation pool, and a large hot tub. They also have large changing areas with showers, blow dryers, and has a dry sauna and a steam room.
They have a spacious work out area and a nice walking/running track.
Everything is clean and in good working order.”

“Great place to workout out. Showers, sauna, boxing area. Only pet peeve I have is people not wiping down weights after use, even though there are always towels and spray for use. The grossest is the personal trainer not wiping down after his clients.”
