Super friendly. I even had a problem with my order and they worked to fix it. I don't know why people give them a bad review. It was a pleasant experience!

Traveling through Missouri I was in need of labwork requested by an out-of-state provider. There was a problem with my dr.’s order but “Margo” and her coworker went out of their way to resolve the issues. Margo was extremely helpful, kind, and actually made a stressful moment fun. Also, there was no wait at all. Highly recommend this Cape Girardeau Labcorp.

I should preface this review by first stating that I made an appointment online on the website, 30 minutes prior to driving to the appointment. Making an appointment online can make check-in faster with a QR code, and also makes it more likely for you to be seen in a timely fashion.
With that said, there's only 1 person working the back so please be considerate and patient. The woman that was working on May 6, 2024 at noon was very nice and carried out my blood test as promptly as possible (Unfortunately I forgot her name). It took a few extra minutes for me to be seen because my prescription for the test was written about a month ago, so it was probably burried. As soon as I walked in the door, she immediatly acknowledged my presence and asked what I was there for though. She was very attentive. Overall, I had a good experience.

This place is AWFUL!! I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. Get here and the lab of packed. Instead of taking the appointments first, they decide to take first come first serve to be “fair.” I had an appointment because I work and was trying to not miss much and had to miss 2 hours for what was supposed to be a quick lab draw. Then a guy comes to work on a broken door. So they stop taking patients at all, probably because of HIPPA. I asked if I could wait outside due to sick people in the waiting room and am told I can’t because they won’t come get me. I finally came outside anyways and stood right outside the door and just opened the door every time they came to get somebody. The employees were not fair or friendly at all. I will be going to Quest for now on.

I was nervous about having my labs done after reading the reviews, but I was in and out in 5 minutes. Dino drew my blood and he was efficient and asked me strategic questions to take my mind off the process—was over before I remember sitting down. I was able to secure an appointment online just 20 minutes prior to arriving to bypass the automated phone line. Was also able to check in from my phone when I arrived and they texted me when they were ready for me. Hope this helps give someone else peace of mind for their appointment!

Shara was more worried about her lunch then helping the customers all 7 of the that were there that needed to be helped. She should have went when the internet was down and she couldn't help anyone anyway. But she whated tell it was back up and then went. Not very professional!!!

Getting them to send results to your doctor is almost impossible. Getting them to answer the phone is even worse. Literally go anywhere but here.

Was told 36-48 hour turnaround for lab results. Waited 5 days and still no call. We called them and they said they would have somebody contact us the next day. That contact has yet to be made. Very disappointing service.

Easily the worst lab I've ever used for bloodwork. The staff doesn't know what they're doing so I had blood drawn twice. Then the brain-dead billing department bills me twice because they can't call on insurance to see what your co-pay actually is. This place is run by clowns, don't go.
