“Late Friday afternoon my son’s peds office called in a script. It was something that had to be made and the people who make it were already gone. The pharmacy worker asked them to come back in to make it so my son didn’t have to wait until Monday to get it. We were very appreciative of them and that was awesome customer service!”

“There are certain items that I prefer buying here because they're such good deals. I like the atmosphere as well & just browsing. They have pretty good sushi for a good price as well. And you can't beat the cost of having lunch here.”

“I don’t have outlandish expectations...I just want a pharmacy that fills my prescription and communicates if there’s a problem. Medicine Shoppe does exactly that, and more. They’re fast, friendly, and down to earth. I love showing up and having my prescription ready. Everything is easy, and the staff truly works hard to take care of customers. I’m honestly sorry I waited so long to try something different. Thank you, Medicine Shoppe, for reminding us what great customer service looks like!”

“The Schnucks Pharmacy in Cape Girardeau is wonderful. They are always helpful and go the extra mile. From pointing out that there is a $2.00 off on my reciept that can be used for groceries in the store to staying a few minutes late as I texted I was already in the store and stuck at the Deli counter right before closing. They listen and point out problems with the Rx for my dad. He has celiac disease and they let me know when they are concerned about a tablet vs capsule. They have saved me from having issues with my dad on more than one occassion and also helped me when I needed a medication sooner rather than later. When something is out of stock they sent a message then work on getting it and text when it is in. I don't have to worry I let the staff at CVS take care of it for me. Thanks Schnucks CVS”

“We have been going in there for years. On the last 2 or 3 occaisions the attendants at the front of the Pharmacy have saved me a lot of money. They are always willing to check for discount codes to help me save costs on perscriptions. I love the text alerts so I know when my perscriptions are ready. They even off a delivery service if needed. It's always a pleasant experience when going there.”

“I got friendly and great service there. I was a bit frustrated when I couldn't get a nebulizer machine for my adult daughter, even though she had been prescribed one and the prescription had been sent to Walmart Neighborhood Market.”
