Had a great appointment with Emily and scheduled a follow up service for four weeks later. 48 hours before appointment I received an auto text to confirm my appointment. Less than 24 hours notice, I was informed that my stylist was no longer at the salon and that they would not be able to accommodate my appointment date.

I’ve had a wonderful experience over the last few years at Plush. Everyone is so open and welcoming and it’s a very safe, comfortable space for anyone to receive services. My stylist, Victoria Hill, is amazing- so talented and kind. Highly recommend her and this wonderful salon.

I love my haircut!! Shelby was super attentive, and gave me lots of tips on how to handle and style shorter curlier hair, as well as being super helpful about my sensitivities to products. I'm from out of town and came here at a friend's recommendation, and wish I lived closer now lol. So excited to finally have a short haircut that works for me :)

Great atmosphere, all the stylists working were super friendly, and Victoria did such a great job on my hair for my upcoming wedding. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a high quality cut/color.

It cost a lot for a kids hair cut and my kids hair was uneven I had to take her somewhere else to get it fixed but they where very friendly and got her in right away and I appreciate that but was disappointed in the cost and outcome of it

5 stars for Abbey! I am so happy with my hair. I’m new to the area and am thrilled to have found a great salon and stylist. She was delightful to chat with, has such great energy and positivity. She made suggestions on products that would be best for my hair needs and really listened to what I wanted. She nailed it! Already booked my next appointment with her!

very nice environment & nice ladies but this is what i asked for (grey) and this is what i got (brown). very disappointed in my hair to say the least. spent 4 hours and almost $400 at the salon to leave looking the same way i looked when i went in. The quote I got over the phone was $220 and I ended up paying $368 which I am aware getting a quote over the phone is not always going to be accurate but that much of a difference in price was a little bit crazy to me. I got my hair dyed here twice now. the last time I went I had to go back in to get it fixed and it still wasn’t right when I left the second time and this time Is also not right not even close to what I asked for. I asked for a silver balayage and left with my hair, looking the exact same. You can barely even see the little amount of highlights that is in my hair. the stylist was honest about my hair maybe not lifting quite as light as the photo, but said we could still achieve the look it just may be a little bit darker, which I was fine with but I am not fine with leaving with the same plain brown hair i came in with. very upsetting, this was the first time I did something for myself since having my baby 3 months ago and I really wanted to love my hair and have a great experience. the experience was not bad, the girls were very nice, but I do not love my hair. I actually don’t even really like it.
