I am very disappointed that, the staff won't help you find what you want online they tell you ,you can look online but don't want to help you, not everyone knows how to do online, not everyone is technically able to do that. With the way they help customers I am surprised they are still in business

I didn't go the mall shopping for hats but the store caught my eye as I walked in the mall entrance. I noticed the hats that my Grandson likes and I asked Mason if I could take a picture to send to my daughter. I came back about 10 minutes before closing with the picture where my Grandson had circled the ones he liked. Mason was quick to help pick out the hats with the correct sizing. Overall great experience. The bad thing was that when I got to my next shopping location... I went to pay and I could not find my debit card. Pro Image was the last place I had used it but the store was already closed. I was just praying that was where I had left it and it hadn't fallen out of my wallet somewhere. I called the next morning and a very nice sounding Bradan answered the phone and I told him I was pretty sure I had left my debit card in the card reader. He said "I was just trying to look you up on Facebook to send you a message." I told him I had already cancelled the card out of panic and asked if he would just cut it up. He took my phone number-cut up the card-and sent me a picture. I asked him if there was anyone I could call to brag on him!! He said that they had Google reviews but said I didn't have to do that. BUT YES I DID!! In a world where it seems like customer service and common courtesy are a little lacking at times - THIS experience shows that it does still exist!! Thank you Bradan and Mason.

Sent me a hoodie that arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. I sent photos of the hoodie and damage, mailed it back and was refunded. Over a week later after the receipt of the hoodie and refund I got an email saying I had sent back something counterfeit (which if it was they're selling counterfeit NFL goods) and they would be rebilling me. After that Brandon who I had dealt with refused to answer any emails, would not return phone calls and actually hung up on me several times once he knew who was on the phone. Shady!

Obviously this is really the only sports memorabilia store around town, so on that note, I appreciate the variety of sports teams and items they provide. What I don't appreciate is the customer service the store lacks. Very disappointing.

Purchased a zippo on Saturday 12/15 and went to return it the next day because it was not what the person who it was bought for wanted. The people working there refused to give me the money back due to not having the “right receiptâ€. I presented them with the only receipt I was given and the workers told me it was the wrong one even though it had their name on it and showed the purchase amount. After talking with the manager, the manager stated the store didn't have to do anything about it without a receipt I wasn't given. The manager was very rude in his response to my questions and proceeded to tell me that they were fine with me never shopping there again. Do not shop at this store! Their attitudes towards customers is the worst of any store I have ever dealt with and at this rate they will be out of business before too long. I will never shop there again and urge anyone who reads this to not shop their either.
