Very very rude staff. I'd rather use Wal-mart or the internet then ever step foot in there again. I've noticed most of the reviews agree. Is the owner oblivious?

Absolutely the worst staff I've ever encountered. I went in last week and the lady said I was too ugly to be a nurse. I just needed a scrub top, I'm not even a nurse. I left with tears down my face and no scrub top.

Disrespect and sexist staff, didn’t great me and my husband when we walked in. Right after we arrived a lady walked in after and they immediately said “Hi, can I help you find anything?” Never asked to help and stared us down the entire time while we were there.

I had no idea about the bad reviews for this place untill I mentioned to a coworker that I went to buy some new scrubs...I read them and most are from 1 in 2 yrs ago. I can tell u today the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. When I walked they were right there asking if they could help me fund anything. After looking around for a few min and getting 2 tops from the sale rack, I asked about a specific style of pants, tall, no draw string, they helped me find what I needed. I totally recommend this store to any medical person in need of scrubs. They even have an entire section of scrubs already embroidered with St Francis on them if u need that for work. Very friendly staff, had no problems and will go back again if I need anything else for work

The people are very welcoming but when my wife was looking for a stethoscope that she needed the lady acted very rude and condescending. Either way we tried to support a small business but this business didn't need our money obviously so we just bought it cheaper on line by $30. And same quality and better selection online. It is of my personal opinion that these people need to take a lesson on retail and personal relations.

We went in and everything was going well up until checkout The lady told us that we could not return any items but we could exchange an item and/or accept store credit. As my wife began talking to me about the options that she had while pulling out her card to pay, the owner (we guess) came out from the back interrupted my wife and said that "There is no return policy and if we didn't want it we didn't have to buy it" quite rudely. At that moment the lady that was helping us tapped the owner noticably on the thigh as if to say be quiet. Afterwards she changed her tone slightly when we told her we were about to purchase the items but after a little back and fourth with the owner we decided to leave and not spend our money with her. I wish we had read the reviews before we went. All of the reviews on here are accurate about this store. Now I will say that the lady who first helped us was very helpful. And missed out on a sale because of her bosses poor attitude. But if you are in need of scrubs there is a wonderful scrub store in poplar bluff all of the people there are very helpful it may be a bit far but the price is less and the customer service is much better. This place is called unit 4 and just so you know we were not paid to put this on here this was an actual experience of ours today and we will not be going back to the Cape location regardless of how much closer it is to us

Extremely RUDE business!!!!!I WILL NEVER EVER GO in this place & do anybusiness with them again!!! I will drive to Memphis, St. Louis or Paducah or order online!!!!The owner Barbara is so RUDE AND MEAN & HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS!!!!! The other 2 ladies are rude also especially the older lady!!! If you were smart please don’t give this business one penny because it’s not worth dealing with these rude rude rude women!!!!!!

Absolutely the rudest employee I’ve encountered maybe ever. She never answered my question, and she didn’t offer to help in any other way. Then, she says to me,”you look aggravated.” Then tells me that I should just be patient and wait for the other lady. I was just standing there!?! I waited for the other lady for as long as I could, but had to leave so I could get back to school on time. Oh, and the last thing that rude little girl said to me was, Sorry you’re upset, I’m not good with how I say things. To which I replied, well for starters you could drop the snarky attitude. The reason I was so upset is because I have to get my things from this store. I’m sponsored by financial assistance so I can better myself. So this is the place I have to go. Because the school has an account there. I got in my car and just cried. We are a family of 4 living off of 1 income. I can’t afford to get these things on my own. Positive note- when I was there earlier in the week, looking around, a different woman was very helpful. Not overly polite, but not unpleasant whatsoever.
