Went above my withdrawal limit for the day, at the atm. ATM took my card, when I called in the morning, they said the atm shreds it and they have no control. Though I appreciate the safety available to prevent fraud, I don’t appreciate the fact there wasn’t an opportunity to claim my card in the morning. My nearest local branch is 2 hours away, extremely inconvenient for the middle of a work week.

It has been one of the best banks I've ever had. They're good about catching fraud, the cards have a lock feature that is great peace of mind.

Absolute worst banking experience ever. Traveling internationally and I lost my card, transfers to other accounts won't go through,zelle won't work, can't link my account to Venmo, cash app, western union or any other outside company, after 43 phone calls over 9 days Regions DENIED both my visa 911 request for a emergency debit card and emergency cash and has done absolutely nothing to help me.or rectify any of the issues with my account. No one in this company cares I was laughed at by a phone teller after telling her I was in a foreign country and running out of cash and that I had called 30+ times at that point trying to get some kind of access to my account! Now on day 10 I'm being forced to move my flight up and return home 5 days early cutting my vacation short because I have been left no choice. Filing a claim with documented proof of all this to the better buisness bureau and immediately closing my accounts once I get back home.

I usually don’t give one star ratings, but after the experience I had I would them a zero.The quote on quote branch manger / Vice President refused to let me order a new bank card or withdraw my own money all because of her racist bias behavior.I have called regions and made a formal complaint and will filling one with her personal manger as well. Bad business

I’ll give them a zero if I could. They have two employees that that did nothing for my elderly mother when she was the victim of fraud. We started the dispute process in Feb 2023 and got a run around until April 2023. I had to take care of everything here in Georgia and it was filed and closed within a matter of a 2 months with constant communication FROM the branch here in Georgia to me and my mother. Getting information from the two ladies at this location in Cape Girardeau was like pulling teeth with constant calls to them and leaving messages and them ignoring the calls/messages. They promised to find out information for me and what forms need to be filled out, etc. but never called me back. It is branch that has employees that do not take care of the customer. Not every situation or scenario is going to be easy and trying to ignore it does not make it go away. It only frustrates the customer and you get bad reviews!!

Obviously has the lowest reviews of any bank in Cape for a reason. It’s Memorial Day weekend 2023 and this bank doesn’t have $8,000 dollars. I would be terrified to have a large amount of money in an account here if I can’t get a measly 8 grand cash. Probably going to be the next bank to crash because they don’t have money, they have numbers on a screen that are irrelevant. If a bank in 2023 doesn’t have enough cash to please a $8,000 request something is wrong

Teller was polite and courteous. That’s why you even get two stars. Went to cash a check as a non customer written from a customer of regions. Was charged $20 to cash a check from a regions customer. I was told they do that to encourage people to open an account. That’s a way to drive potential customers off. Now I know I will never consider any regions banking products in the future. Thank you for stealing $20 of my money.

I've been with Regions since 2015, and even though I have very little money, they treat me like I am rich. Thank you Phil and kind staff for helping me and going above and beyond to help me figure things out. The guys in the drive through are the most courteous tellors too. I'm always greeted with a smile and they remember my name. Thanks again for your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The ATM at this location is horrible.I went to deposit and my money is not ahowing in ny account.This is the second time this has happen to me.I notice suring my transaction the machine froze.The irritation is that last time i had an deposit error it took days for me to receive my money.

Website says lobby is open, doors locked when I go to the location. No hours posted on the doors. Drive thru is painfully slow. I have been a customer for 30 years and service is constantly declining.

Dealt with a couple clerical errors. Incredibly difficult to reach customer service to resolve issues. The lobby stays locked and staff rarely answers phone calls.

Very difficult to reach anyone at this location by phone. I've also dealt with multiple clerical errors. That shouldn't happen when handling other people's money.
