I honestly would not give 1 star. I ordered new tires, got a call that my tires arrived, took off work early, drove an hour to get there, and my tires were not there. At least not the ones I ordered. They put the wrong tires on which messed up and put the same wrong tires on. In order to get the tires i originally ordered, I have to purchase them again. $500 something for the wrong tires and in order to get the tires i ordered i have to pay over $500? A total of over $1000 and was told I will end up having a wreck with the ones they put on there. Bad customer service, bad management, bad business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They definitely helped me get back to work! 4 new tires in just a couple of hours!
Had a valve stem issue but they got me right back in and fixed it no problem .good people .

This was such an amazing experience!!! The people working the front desk were so kind and explained everything super well! They didn’t pressure me to purchase any extra things at all even though it was my first time getting this service on my car. The people working in my car were also so friendly and sweet! People who work on cars or do repairs have that stereotype we all know but these guys I highly recommend!!! 10/10 experience!

Went in there to compare prices on a few different items and services and the service was great. Jacob was very kind and all the guys were very knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions I had.

07/07- Susan and Jonathan were very helpful with my tire issues! They were fast, affordable, and overall good people! This is definitely the place I’ll be getting my tires from now on.
Edit on 07/14- I absolutely love this place. They did an amazing job. I accidentally picked up a screw a week after getting my tire replaced, and they got me in with no problem. They were kind, fast, and just overall amazing. Every person in this shop is a unique addition to this shop, and I appreciate them so much.

Got a set of Nexens for my car and I absolutely love them! Will always recommend the brand and if you can get them from RNR I would do so!! Always great and fast service! Absolutely loved working with Jacob, and Susan!
