Walking into Save-A-Lot is like stepping into a time machine that only travels back to "just enough." It's not the Taj Mahal of grocery stores, but hey, you weren't looking for a place to propose, right? The aisles are like a treasure hunt where the prize is off-brand cereal that tastes suspiciously like the real thing.
The staff? Delightfully quirky, like the cast of a sitcom you didn't know you needed. And the prices? So low, you might find yourself questioning if you've stumbled into an alternate universe where groceries are priced by toddlers.
Sure, the ambiance screams "no-frills," but the savings yell "heck yes!" So, if you're in the market for a shopping experience that's charmingly humble and humorously straightforward, Save-A-Lot is your go-to. Because sometimes, basic really is better.

Most of the Store Employees are Rude to Me Each time I go Back there!! I like going to that store sometimes to get somethings from a Store of My choice. Well, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to Checkout, There's Always That ONE Rude Employee who Treats me as if I can't Do or Figure Stuff Out on My Own (Ableism), and Feels they Have to Be in the Need to Help out Which isn't Necessary. I am Very well Fully Independent and Capable of Making my own Purchases!!! I just Wanted to Purchase what I wanted to buy and Leave Out the Store without Any Problems. They Don't Take me Seriously, and want to Poke fun with Me about Something, and I DEFINITELY Do NOT Appreciate the HIGH Disrespect from All the Employees that Work There when I show up. I shouldn't have to put Myself in a Place to Start Cussing out the Workers from Now on who Try to Disrespect me, and I'm Fully Fed-up with It!! I have an Autistic Disability who is Fully Capabe of My Transactions, and I shouldn't have to Put up with Any Mess from Any of the Employees there!!! Called the Next day to leave a complaint to the "Manager", Now mind you, She didnt Fully wanna listen to All the Detail and Got Told , the Lady wasn't Being rude when In-fact She was Rude, And Manager was SO Ignorant to Fully Listen to All the Details Im trying to tell her. Now Imma have to Start Cussing Folks out for now on!, and I Shouldn't have to put Myself in This Position! Thanks.

I have done a lot of shopping here. I haven't been in Save A Lot in a long time and this one is only 2 minutes from my sister's house. Everyone was and is extremely kind especially the manager. Dark skinned lady...I forgot her name but very sweet. I hope these employees are paid well because they deserve it.

The employees are very disrespectful. There was no carts available inside and when we asked about them one employee said we would have to go outside and get one. When she wasn't doing nothing but standing around. Then the other employee decided she wanted to get rude as well
