The hours are very inconvenient. The ATM is not very user friendly. It's hard to get access to this bank if you work a full time job

The web site said the ATM accepted deposits. That's a lie, they don't. What I have found is this is a Mickey Mouse bank.

You all recently took over the bank in Benton Mo and I am already NOT VERY DANG HAPPY WITH YOU I get paid every two weeks and usually I can get my money no later than 6 am well not today when I'm trying to get my husband to the hospital for surgery and I need gas y'all suck I may have to change banks if you don't fix all the bugs like now
