Until now, the in store experience has been great. Went in because my phone quit working as in black screen. Been a prepaying customer for over a year now with 2 lines and wifi. No help at all. Wanted to look at phones for a replacement, and was told I couldn't even see how it closed as in a new foldable phone. He literally made up words to a song playing over the store speakers about having to work late at Tmobile, and it was 2 hours until closing time. Did not help me get any info from my device or deactivation, was told to call instead, after driving almost an hour to get there. Wanted to look at phones, and was literally ignored. So I have no working phone, at all. But I had to call customer support...? He certainly didn't even offer, and ..Wow! Extremely upset. If I come back and see that person working I will not even go in. Not happy at all. Way to go Tmobile Employee! The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

How can my ex come n change all my stuff round with out me knowing illegally putting my name on things I did not say could be put on....And lucus or whatever that work for Cape t mobile thats not right.

Horrible time. They opened an extra 3rd line we didn’t need and wouldn’t take my phone for trade in. Sikeston is much better.

Easily the best experience my wife and I have had changing mobile carriers, best customer service as well helped us through issues and shared laughs the whole time. Great place great service

I was looking online at my options and was called by this location. Whomever I spoke with was rather rude to me. I was simply trying to see what options were available to me online and didn’t want a call, but I accepted it anyway. They were very frustrated that I can’t afford anything right now and hung up on me instead of offering help or answers.

The employees did not seem to care about their customers at all. Unprofessional and did not explain what I was getting myself into. Wanted to add another line to my plan, that's it. They ended up porting over my fiance's number to my number, had to wait almost an hour to get that resolved. Then the next day my phone number was not showing as the primary so I had to call customer service to get it fixed. Now, I see on my bill I'm being charged for 3 phone lines when I only have two. I'm on hold with customer service now to switch to AT&T. These are just my issues with the store, not even touching my issues with T-Mobile themselves. Save yourself hours of work, don't go here.

Went in to fix issues I was having with my device/data only to find out I didn’t know how to work it! The staff was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. Walked me through my settings and showed me how to navigate through the different options, and make sure I don’t accidentally turn off my data again, and what to do if so. Manager and team members were amazingly knowledgeable and professional with a smile my entire visit. Thank you!
