My experience at the Cape Girardeau Missouri store is always good but this time even more. I was frustrated with how my computer was running and really did not know what to do. A phone call to Technology Supervisor Tom Warren helped me so much and further help and explanation at the store helped me so much. My computer was fied within 24 hours. Thank you Staples and Technical Supervisor Tom Warren!

I just placed a print order of my original artwork to make portfolios to hand out. This store refused to print my order because it was artwork of Power Rangers. I called corporate customer service and they said this is a decision for the store and the manager is refusing so they cannot override their decision. How do college kids print their artwork? This is absolutely insane. I have been printing with my local store for 15 years.

I went to ship a item weighing two oz., the lady helping me was such a flake, she changed the Wight on the scale to 24 oz witch was incorrect , infect her scale even said 2 oz. when it was put on there , then then tried to charge me twelve dollars for ground shipping, I took my package else ware , that was very shady and dishonest.

Stopping through just to get something printed out was a bust, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. No one greets you when you walk in, WiFi barely works it’s super slow...self-serve doesn’t works and actually getting someone’s help is reluctant. It wasn’t busy at all. Very unprofessional, I’ll just stick with Office Max/Depot from now on at least I get prompt friendly service!!

Overall, my experience with Staples has been superb. I was having laptop issues and got a free diagnostic. They were very honest with me and didn't try to take my money. Long story short, they told me how I could possibly fix my computer myself so I tried it, and it worked, but I managed to mess up my computer another way, so I returned the part without issue and actually ended up buying a laptop from them. Excellent deal on the laptop, they definitely aren't trying to rip you off with electronic prices, and they give truthful advice instead of just trying to take your money. I'm a computer science major so I can attest that they aren't lying or being unreasonable. However, the reason I didn't give five stars is because the lack of knowledge about the product I chose. The information sticker next to the display said this laptop was the Flex 6 but their website said it was the Flex 14, and so did the employee. However, once I bought the laptop, the sticker on the box says it's the 6. I'm not upset about it because they're practically identical and it's a good deal either way, but I would have appreciated it if I knew exactly what I was getting. Overall, my experience was excellent and I will definitely go to them for any computer-related matters, not Best Buy! Best Buy is a total rip-off for laptops compared to this place, and same with repair services. Staples has been honest and fair with their pricing, and honesty goes a long way. Loving the new laptop!

Special thanks to Raychel and Carly in printing, I needed to assemble a huge project for an insurance company, they are helpful above and beyond my expectations! The whole staff at the Cape Girardeau store are kind and professional, though I must say, Raychel and Carly have exceptional problem-solving skills and really made my day with their customer-service! Called on Sunday about having 11í—14 pics printed for college class, arrived on Monday morning at 8. They were out of paper. Needed pics by Thursday, paper was coming on Wednesday. Very disappointed. Drove 70 miles round trip.

Ordered online - supposed to have next day delivery. Wasn't told had I had to receive email that item had come in. Went to get it the next day, but it didn't come in until the following day. Just a bit frustrating.
