Worst bank ever. The app is consistently days behind and never keeps up with your true balance. It changes by the hour.It took them 7 months to realize I was traveling and shut my card off until I called them and confirmed I was out of state. When I told them I had a fraudulent charge, they couldn’t do anything about it because it was a weekend. I had to wait 4 days to get my own $150 back.I tried to bring my concerns to multiple different account managers, Stacy Detweiler and Kyle Thompson. Both of them said there was nothing they could do and berated me for being upset that my money was missing from my account. Instead of taking responsibility they put all blame on me and told me it was my fault and that I was being too contentious to be their customer.If you want a bank/banker with integrity, do NOT choose Bank of Missouri.

I've been banking with The Bank of Missouri for close to 20 years. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience during those 20 years of banking with them.
