Your bank policies allow 2 people to both be primary. This allowed my confused accident caused 30% permanent brain loss to eliminate husband and drain account. No contacting me even. Natasha was informed at our will and had full knowledge I have POA for wifeFinancial and medical. So criminals. Just talk someone into opening an account both Primary. Then talk to Natasha to help the wipe the account and give you all the cash. Than you all very LITTLE!

Worst bank ever. The app is consistently days behind and never keeps up with your true balance. It changes by the hour.It took them 7 months to realize I was traveling and shut my card off until I called them and confirmed I was out of state. When I told them I had a fraudulent charge, they couldn’t do anything about it because it was a weekend. I had to wait 4 days to get my own $150 back.I tried to bring my concerns to multiple different account managers, Stacy Detwieler and Kyle Niswonger. Both of them said there was nothing they could do and berated me for being upset that my money was missing from my account. Instead of taking responsibility they put all blame on me and told me it was my fault and that I was being too contentious to be their customer.If you want a bank/banker with integrity, do NOT choose Bank of Missouri.

Call center is useless trying to get a teller or someone who can actually do banking is impossible. I banked with them for 5 years high fees poor service.

Regarding Milestone Mastercard.. I received an offer to apply for a credit card. I have been a loyal paying customer of this credit card company for approximately 9 months. I was never late and didn't ask for an offer of a new card. I applied to the link that was sent to me, I was told my application was denied because they were unable to verify my identity. They informed me they tried fo call me to verify my identity, that was lie. I had no missed calls from them. They told me they were escalating it to a manager, that was no help. I was lied to several times, passed around to several different people who said several different things. I still don't have a resolution and I am done dealing with them. I am not going to keep applying for a card, dragging my credit score down, with these incompetent people!

Walked into the bank. Not a single customer in the bank. The teller asked me what I needed. Told her I wanted to open a checking account so she walked over to one lady at a desk with no customer and she acted like I was bothering her then walked to another lady in an office and came back and said it would be a little bit if I wanted to have a seat and wait. All the while I see one guy playing on his cell phone in his office and another lady got up and closed her door. I told the teller who was nice that I didn't have time to sit and wait. I guess opening a checking account isn't lucrative enough. I never mentioned that I planned on moving my 2 auto loans and other business along with that checking account. That was the most unwanted feeling I've had in some time. Sorry you've lost my business
