I had placed an order in December of 2021 and never received my order. They never reached out to me that they couldn’t do it or anything. This was a special gift for my grandpa and they said they would do it. It was a replication of his favorite sweatshirt. I tried to reach out and was ignored. Very disappointed with how they’ve handled this, as I have had positive experiences previously.

My fiancé set up their web site. Be very careful if you are a creditor of this business as she was never paid a cent for setting up the web site and the owner has a long history of not paying her bills. Many creditors left holding the bag. Typical dead beat creditor.

Ordered from a shirt party. Terrible communication once they received the money. They offered to ship my order to me since the host lives far away and then I heard nothing. Found out today that my order was dropped off with the host, over three hours away from me. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times and zero response. I wouldn’t even be so upset if they would at least show some professionalism and respond to their customers. I’ll get my Christmas pajamas well after Christmas and will have to give some late gifts. Seriously any sort of acknowledgment would be super.

I ordered from a friend's party in early October. I still have yet to receive my shirt. Neither have any of the other people who ordered from the same party. I DO NOT recommend ordering!!

Threadz did an awesome job making my shirts for my sorority big/little reveal! The design turned out exactly like the picture we showed and the shirts were done in about 4 days. Definitely recommend!

Everyone at Threadz has always provided absolutely wonderful customer service as well as superior work! I have used them for personal orders, as well as large team and organization orders as a coach and a club sponsor. Fast turnaround time, excellent quality of items, amazing customer service, and an endless possibility of designs are a few of the reasons that I can highly recommend Threadz!

placed a very large order very last minute. Unexpected death in family. Funeral arrangements began only 7 hours later. For the visitation , dinner , and etc. We ordered shirts with our loved ones picture covering the entire front. The back was our loved ones most said biblical verse. Birthdate n Final Resting date. i believe i placed order just after 10 am on a week day. 20 shirts. They were done by 12:15. 12:30 i was home passing out these shirts to my family. All , putting them ln. They looked AMAZING! Exactly loke the picture! And i was given a bit of a discount, i was supposed to pick my order up at noon. IWe all still have and wear our shirts. Thanks you Threadz!

I had a terrible experience with this shop. After being informed by the employees that they could do embroidery work for me that would take five to seven days, 15 days later no work and to be told that they weren't able to do it after I made numerous calls to them. And to be told that the person that was supposed to do the embroidery work had broken several needles trying to do the work for me, as if it was my fault when I was told by them that they could do the work. Upon going to get the item I was then told by the owner that she could heat press the item for me and have it done the following day at noon. Fast forward to the following day at 1 p.m., no work done and the owner was not present. Saw the owner outside as I was leaving and asked about the work and was informed that they didn't have black vinyl lettering and that I was told to come back late that evening. Which was not the case, I was told that the work could be done at noon and I could pick it up at noon. I went back later to pick up the item and it was now done, but now there's a stain on the item. The owner acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, when the stain was clearly visible around the letters that she had put on. She then tells me that the stain was already there, which was not the case because this was a brand new item and was opened by myself and her employee when I first took it to them, as well as I opened it the prior day when she said the person could not do the embroidery work had broken several needles, so I opened it at that point to inspect it and there was no stains on the item. The owner was dishonest and told me several lies during the course of this whole situation. I would have to say the only positive that came out of it was that she informed me that they were not going to charge me. However, I would have rather have paid the money and gone someplace and had the job done correctly, had had a much better experience and better customer service. It was a horrible experience!!
