If i could give them 0, I would. F- for sure. This is the worst store. Their customer service is terrible. There's no way of tracking your packages. I will never use their store again. I worked at usps for years and never treated customers like they don't matter. Rude!!! Brandon( owner) should know when you don't take in consideration customers feelings and their concerns you probably shouldn't be in a customer services business.

Excellent location . Helpful friendly staff . It can get busy, but I believe it is busy due to its great service and the necessity to our city. They make my shipping needs easy. I cant imagine not having them to depend on.

I had a table and 4 chairs to be delivered from MO to NC. Originally we were told he shipment would go out in days. It is now a month later and the shipment just went out. No one contacted me about my items. I had to repeatedly call the UPS about where my shipment was. It was then delivered to our home 2 days ago by freight but the USPS didn't think to put a lift was needed. Because they didn't note this it was expected I lift this heavy table and chairs off the back of a freight truck and carry it to our garage. I then was told by the UPS owner Brandon that the shipment had to go back to the hub and redelivered in 2 days on a fright truck with a lift. There's been no response for Brandon 24 hours later. I am strongly considering reporting this business to BBB. I am so frustrated by the poor customer service. I would not do business with this company.

This place needs more workers that know how to treat the customers and give them quality work I am a small business owner the quality of work that they have been giving me was bad these people are a reflection of UPS Store how is it that they can pick and choose when they want to give good customer service it doesn't matter if the business is small or big treat everyone the same now I have to open my business Sunday without my stuff advertise in a timely fashion

$3 for printing a prepaid shipping label is absolutely unacceptable. Use this store if you have to, but consider printing at the library instead, where it's 15 cents.

I brought two items in to return to Amazon and they needed to be packaged so the clerk offered to package them for me and I paid the packaging fee but I did not get a receipt. Amazon has never received my package which was valued at $500. I asked the clerk about ensuring them and they acted like they didn't know if I should do that or not. I will never go back to the store again and I caution you to never let them package something for you because somehow it disappears!

It's devastating, I rented a PO Box and had it for less than a week. My bag with the key was stolen and in the process, my job offered me a better position elsewhere. I was willing to pay for the lost key and thought since I only had the box a few days I could get a full or partial refund. I was told that a refund in any amount wasn't possible. I don't recommend this store for any reason, I spent 90 dollars on that PO Box because a 4-month minimum was required to acquire the box. That in itself was also unacceptable. If this is the price of convenience, then I rather deal with the hassle of the USPS!!! I wish I could rate it zero stars!!!

I came in on a Saturday right before they were closing. The gentlemen working the counter was happy to take my packages even when they were getting ready to close and even packaged everything for me. I was given a receipt, he asked about my day and then said good bye while also telling me he hoped I would have a great rest of my Saturday. The employee really took his time with me, was patient and very kind when he didn't need to go above like that, I am sure he wanted to get off of work as well. Even so he was very very kind!

I'm from Los Angeles & this UPS store has been the only & best business I have dealt with since completely moving here last year who has met my expectations from the city. They are just like the stores in LA & are fast, efficient, respectful, reliable, & kind. To Evelyn A reviewer on here...not every staff member at the UPS stores in CA are certified notaries. I am a licensed & trained child custody agent & executive protection guard for the State of CA & am regularly in there back home renewing my certifications & licenses for everything including firearms. I'm not sure why you think they are all notaries in CA UPS store locations. To the Mj S. reviewer...this sounds like a communication issue on your end. They are very up front with their costs & fees & will tell you the rates for the services you require when you ask. They aren't mind readers so tell them what you need exactly done & they will help you. There hasn't been any other business I've worked with in Southeast Missouri & Southern IL yet that meets my LA criteria & standards except this one. Brandon & all of his staff are incredible! The younger staff in there are YOUNG & learning so patience, kindness, understanding, & effective communication are key. Brandon, the owner, is always there or he has a seasoned staff member that can help if one of the newer employees isn't able to help you completely, & they always step up & are paying attention. If this store & the exceptional staff can handle & process legal documents for the LA Superior Court for me under a moment's notice & get them there under tight deadlines they can do anything with excellence in my professional & personal opinion!

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff who always have a smile to share while taking excellent care of our shipping, copying, supplies, banners, and printing needs. HIGHLY recommend this store in Town Plaza Cape Girardeau MO - even a crowded store won't steal their smiles - they work efficiently and quickly to make service FAST!
