We were waiting on an order from Amazon. It was out for delivery, but we got a message that a failed delivery attempt happened and that they'd try again the next day. First of all, he was thirty minutes from our location, and lied about the attempt. Secondly, that was three days ago and we still don't have our package. We have even gone to the post office in an attempt to collect it, but it was supposedly still on the truck, and they said that they'd call a supervisor, etc. Still nothing. It's not even a big or heavy package. They're just not doing their jobs.

Packages are never delivered to the correct location the phone numbers are not working or there is no one available to take a call

Thanks for not delivering my package today and saying the entrance was inaccessible, even though there are no vehicles in my driveway. This is happening to often. Now I get to leave on vacation tomorrow for four days and not have what I ordered. Can't call to pick it up or anything because it's Friday after five. Might have to go to the post office and file a complaint.
