This is a bank, not a post office. Sometimes they do postal service, but they don’t have a mail Dropbox outside and are closed outside of business hours, better known as when everyone is at work. Useless.

Total scam. They pretend to be an official postal facility yet they set their own prices to ensure that are turning a profit.Example a money order that sells for about $1 at an actual post office is $5 at the Williams St location.

It's as if they had a bet with the DMV for who could be the least competent and, what an upset, they are winning. The sheer amount of confusion these people must endure whilst trying to breathe AND carry a piece of paper here and there is palpable. However, if you're curious of where the lowest sludge of society work to get health benefits mozy on down to the post office where you can feel better about yourself by comparison. Try not to spook them, they are very simple creatures.

don’t pick up the phone and horrible service

Second package marked delivered but never received. Try to call get full mail box message. Try to call toll free number and get recording but no chance to leave message. I wish people would just stop sending packages through the post office.
