had an expensive package that needed a signature, they lied and said they tried to deliver but no one was available while i was home the ENTIRE day, scheduled redelivery for the next day and never received again. I tried to edit the redelivery and it said it was expired, tried to create a new redelivery and said the package wasn’t eligible. I now have to go pick it up because someone was too lazy to actually deliver my package.

It has really gone down hill this past year! Online orders showing sitting at post office for a few days at time. Showed they tried delivering one yesterday, they delivered another late one today but not the one from yesterday! What!!!

I waited for a package that was supposed to be delivered today. The tracker said undeliverable. It’s a small envelope package and all my other mail was delivered! Plus I paid $26 for expedited shipping! It’s now going to be 4 days IF it gets delivered on a Sunday!! My husband got a package!! This comes out of Krll Farm distribution center

The postal service in Jackson Missouri is horrible. Waiting on birthday gift for 3 days Snow has been plowed. My driveway all the way to highway 55 is completely accessible. Now have to wait 2 more days. We are told our address is not accessible. This is exactly why people use ups and FedEx. Usps didn't even attempt to deliver where they could. Closed their office. Pathetic. This is why government run place are horrible. I will ty to use anyplace other than usps.

Too much automated rigamarole and unable to actually reach anyone local other than physically going to the post office while we're supposed to be limiting contact. Very frustrating. And it is a medical issue they have lost in limbo.
