“Nina was a great help during our stay. From check in to check out. My spouse was in a lot of pain when we arrived and waited to check in. There were no luggage carts available. Nina noticed my spouse was struggling. Nina thinking outside the box made getting our things to the 4th floor a breeze. She was warm and friendly whenever we saw her during our stay. At check out. She assisted us. The service she provided was 2nd to none.”
