“tl;dr: highly knowledgeable staff with a great attitudes paired with good product selection range and prices.
I've been going to this store for a little over a year. I have yet to have even a neutral experience. Every single time I have gone has been a good experience. This is consistent across multiple staff members. The staff is beyond flexible and amazingly adept at reading their clientele - whether you want a quick errand of just walking in and making a purchase, or if you want to have a drawn out conversation discussing pros and cons of various supplements and the variations across brands, the staff are capable of discerning and accommodating. I especially appreciate how they don't blatantly just try to up-sell, but they rather work to understand situations and make recommendations within reason. There is also the option to use their body scan machine, and the staff do an amazing job of helping read the printout with you and helping celebrate wins or devise a gameplan. My only critique is that I wish they carried 1st Phorm's creatine so I didn't have to order that independently.”
