I was happy with everything about my visit, until i used the public , mens restroom. And was informed that thete os a 5 min time limit for the restroom there ay Casey's. I was unsatisfied to find that out.

I have always loved your pizza, but tonight I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Very poorly made. All vegetables are only in the middle and the crust is rubbery. Won't order from this store again.

Door dasher.Was supposed to pick up order at 6:58. Employee finally handed me the order at 7:45. Have also been told that I will not be able to pick up multiple food orders even if assigned them by DoorDash, if they are assigned at the same time..

The cashiers are usually pretty good. Only issue with the store is that the price for fuel on the sign is NEVER the same on the pump. I’ve mentioned it to the employees inside a few times but I rarely gets fixed. Even when it does get fixed, by the end of the week it will be inaccurate again

Was there (Sat Oct 29 th) got sandwich for a friend and my mistake didn’t get the 12 inch, nice guy with dark hair working, was about 4:30 clocked back in to re due my order!!!!! Very nice!!! Thank you so much, I come in frequently and always greeted kindly!!!

Back when Casey started doing the breakfast croissants I tried them out. They were so much better than the usual Sonic I was getting. The next time I came in a few days later they were running short. So I settled for something a little less than what I wanted. After about the next 12 times of going in and trying to get something and not having it or the lame excuse of " we'll have it in about 20 minutes " just got tired of hearing it. Today, for the last time, I tried to get the breakfast. The only thing they had left was a piece of pepperoni pizza and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Now if you're going to put up big signs bragging about how great your breakfast is you probably should have it ready to go shouldn't you. I understand it's a busy station but I was there at 7:00 a.m. that's not late.

It’s okay. My last two online orders were partially incorrect, which I was annoyed but I decided to try this location again due to it being literally 4 minutes away from my house.This time I tried to redeem my free 2ltr with my two large pizzas at the counter, but since it wasn’t added to my cart with the pizzas, they said no. Which is fine, but in the email, it says if you need to change your order to talk to the store directly. My pizza hadn’t even been begun to be made yet so why couldn’t we just adjust it? (This was 40 minutes after ordering btw, so do they need an additional oven or?) Also, it’s not like in the app when you redeem something like that it has the instructions to add it to the cart for an online order. It literally says “save offer to redeem”. It just goes to your “saved offers”. They did not have any taco sauce packets for their taco pizza. So whoever is doing the ordering should make some adjustments on their sauce packets.& now we’re at three strikes.My expectations are usually disappointed with this Caseys. 32nd St Casey’s always goes above and beyond. I think I’ll just start making the drive for the better service.

I work has a manager for two Chainz of restaurants would. A manager isn't supposed be flipping off ppl while there customers in line. Make for sure your ppl you hired can do the job right or train them right.
